Jessica Pickin, Account Executive
Jessica is a Geography graduate of University of Wales, Swansea. Jessica began her journalism career with work experience on publications across Media Wales before training with the Press Association, where she carried out her post-graduate diploma in multi-media journalism.
Since her studies, Jessica has reported on a freelance basis for Express Newspapers, working on their web desk before also taking to print where she wrote for the Daily Express newspaper. Jessica then added a showbiz string to her bow and penned celebrity news for OK.co.uk on a full-time basis, where she attended premieres and interviewed stars for her stories.
As an Account Executive at Working Word, Jessica draws on her experience in the national and regional media, both online and in print, to work across accounts in sectors including Heritage, Tourism, Education, Environmental and not-for-profit organisations.

Jessica had her five minutes of fame as an extra during work experience with BBC’s The One Show, where she played an annoyed female driver in a clip alongside Dominic Littlewood.
