Call centre team give children an Eggstra Special Easter
Employees at Conduit, which provides outsourced customer service solutions for a number of household names, donated 50 large eggs to Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice and Children’s Hospital of Wales through the Reed Recruitment Easter Egg Mountain.
The Easter Egg Mountain is an annual bid to build the biggest chocolate mountain in Wales, designed to help to make a child's Easter Bunny wish come true.
Staff raised funds for the eggs through hosting a series of dress down days, where staff paid to work in clothes of their choice.
Commenting on the team’s efforts, Kath Chivers, head of service delivery, said: “We’re delighted with the amount of money we raised; it was only a simple fund raising activity but the whole team got involved and showed their support for the cause.
“The staff found the hardest part was not eating them. We just hope that these eggs will help put a smile on children’s faces this Easter.”
