Chwarae Teg launches ‘Solutions’ for business

Businesses in Wales are being urged to take advantage of a range of new training courses launched by Chwarae Teg to help maximise the potential of their workforce.

Chwarae Teg Solutions has developed a programme of training courses and seminars aimed at tackling the challenges faced by businesses. The courses have been designed to provide practical, hands-on advice to employers and managers, and cover a range of key topics including managing maternity returners, flexible and remote working, equality and diversity and coaching.

                          Chwarae Teg Solutions

Trish Chalk, Commercial Director at Chwarae Teg said:

"For the past 17 years, Chwarae Teg has provided practical training designed to help employers take advantage of and to effectively implement workplace practices that deliver tangible results for organisations of all sizes, whilst at the same time increasing employee satisfaction, motivation and productivity.

"We've now drawn on our proven reputation for providing training that delivers results to launch Chwarae Teg Solutions which allows us to offer our services to a wider range of businesses and organisations. In particular I believe that our seminar programme offers businesses an affordable opportunity to quickly gain a working understanding and knowledge of key workplace practices such as retaining skilled employees who also chose to be mothers and embracing inclusivity.

"Our track record ensures that our new courses, while designed to meet the needs of modern business, use proven techniques that have a noticeable and positive impact back in the workplace.
"Because we work daily in the arena of flexible working, equality, diversity and career development, all courses and seminars are on the pulse of current legislation and management methods.

"I'd encourage any business to get in touch for an informal chat on their training needs because in addition to our programme of training courses and seminars Chwarae Teg also provides bespoke training and consultancy solutions expertly tailored to meet the specific requirements of businesses large and small."

Limited places are still available on upcoming courses in Cardiff, including ‘Managing Maternity Returners' on June 16 and ‘Managing Remote Working' on June 24. Prices start from £45.
